Our administrative assistant will work closely with the Bison team and hold communication responsibilities with our clients and partners to facilitate flow throughout our daily operations. Responsibilities- inclusive of the following, however not limited to:
- Ensure and maintain regular outbound communication with Limited Partners
- Receive and process inbound communication
- Onboard new clients – facilitate paperwork and information requests
- Facilitate monthly meetings and calendar invites internally and externally
- Communicate with trading partners to reconcile end of day and monthly reports
- Submit invoices and track payment
- Light bookkeeping and record keeping
- Track on time payments to 3rd party service providers
- Facilitate keeping company materials up to date (internally and for 3rd parties)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Work Experience:
- Preferably at least 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably at an investment firm or similar
